Official Denver Nuggets fans can return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date to ensure complete satisfaction with their Mile High City gear. Please note that personalized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the Nuggets items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your items in the original packaging if possible and include all original tags to ensure a smooth processing experience at our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized shipping location; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
